Your Holiday Directory Limited reserves the right to refuse any advertisement and cannot be held liable for any expense or loss as a result of doing so.
For strict security reasons, advertisers are required to keep their personal Your Holiday Directory Limited Log-In details private and confidential and must not be disclosed to a Third Party.
Each advertisement relates to a particular property or site which is given a unique Advert Reference Number and commands a set fee. Your Holiday Directory Limited will not permit the substitution of properties or sites during the course of subscription. Should the advertiser sell the advertised holiday accommodation and wish to substitute it with another, please contact Your Holiday Directory Limited.
Your Holiday Directory accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever from any bookings made through this website. If there are errors, omissions, claims, allegations, poor communication, misunderstandings, cancellations or misrepresentation in respect of the holiday accommodation, this must be taken up with the advertiser/owner of the property
Your Holiday Directory Limited will accept no legal responsibility nor will it be held legally responsible for any errors, omissions, loss, damages, loss of income, breach of contract or misrepresentations caused by advertising on this website, howsoever caused. This applies to both the Owner and the Paying Guest.
The advertisers accept that Your Holiday Directory Limited is an on-line Advertising Company only. The contract for rental of accommodation is strictly between the Owner and the Paying Guest. Payment for holiday accommodation is made to the advertiser/owner/representative as shown on the listings.
Your Holiday Directory Limited reserves the right to alter and amend the property submission, layout, text and design of the advertisement should it be deemed necessary. Your Holiday Directory Limited will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from any alterations whatsoever on advert submissions.
Your Holiday Directory Limited will immediately remove offensive or inappropriate material. The advert will be suspended and the relevant authorities will be informed.
All advertisers must comply with relevant UK Acts and Laws which covers false and misleading descriptions and pricing. The advertiser agrees to indemnify Your Holiday Directory against any and all claims costs arising from misleading or misrepresented information.
Your Holiday Directory Limited will make every effort to ensure that care is taken with material supplied by the advertiser. Your Holiday Directory Limited takes no responsibility for any loss or damage of such material, howsoever caused.
The advertiser accepts that Your Holiday Directory Limited may make improvements, amendments and adjustments to the website.
Your Holiday Directory Limited expects advertisers to response promptly to all enquiries and to act courteously and professional at all times.
Advertisers using the availability calendar are required to keep it up to date to ensure accurate search facilities on Your Holiday Directory Limited.
The advertisers on Your Holiday Directory Limited accept that the website may be taken off-line for essential maintenance. Every effort will be made to ensure that this is carried out during unsociable hours, however, no guarantee can be made as to the accessibility. The advertiser agrees to indemnify Your Holiday Directory Limited against any claims in respect of copyright.
The advertiser agrees that Your Holiday Directory Limited may reproduce all or part of the information supplied by the advertiser, without referral, in marketing campaigns or for any other purpose deemed necessary.
At our sole discretion, Your Holiday Directory Limited can refuse URLs, hyperlinks and links on the website. Any links authorised on Your Holiday Directory Limited must solely relate to the advertised property and not to any other business or competing company. Your Holiday Directory Limited reserves the right to refuse such links, or remove them without notice.
The fee charged for advertising a property is for 1 full year. Your Holiday Directory Limited will accept cancellations of an advert at any time during this period. Cancellations must be received in writing or via email from the email address specified in the advertiser’s Profile. Refunds cannot be made to any advertisers who cancel their subscription mid-term.
Your Holiday Directory Limited can suspend an advert on request. This must be done in writing or via email from the email address specified in the advertiser’s Profile. Reinstatement of the advert may be made within the subscription period, however, the subscription will not be extended by the suspension period.
Your Holiday Directory Limited reserves the right to cancel the advert subscription and remove properties from their website should the property be found to be party to substantiated misconduct claims, such as the property being misrepresented or complaints. The list is non-exhaustive and the decision would not be taken lightly. If the advert is cancelled due to substantiated misconduct, then Your Holiday Directory Limited will not refund the unused subscription fee. In all cases, Your Holiday Directory Limited has the final decision on action taken.
In the event that an advert is ‘paid for’ but not completed, Your Holiday Directory reserves the right to copy/paste details from the advertisers own website/webpage in order to publish the advert. The wording will be 100% the advertiser's own words and Your Holiday Directory accepts no responsibility for the content. It is the advertiser’s complete responsibility to then check the published advert for accuracy and update the information immediately. Your Holiday Directory will inform the advertiser that the advert has been published, that the details have been copied and that it must be checked for accuracy.
Under our Voucher Promotion, in the event that a registration has been made, but the advert has not been completed, Your Holiday Directory reserves the right to copy/paste details from the advertisers own website/webpage in order to publish the advert. The wording will be 100% the advertiser's own words and Your Holiday Directory accepts no responsibility for the content. It is the advertiser’s complete responsibility to then check the published advert for accuracy and update the information immediately. Your Holiday Directory will inform the advertiser that the advert has been published, that the details have been copied and that it must be checked for accuracy.

It is the responsibility of the Paying Guest not to travel to areas where the Foreign and Commonwealth Office has advised against ‘all travel’.
